Aphantasia

The girl can't draw, she only writes the characters.

She can't visualize her own FANTASY due to her APHANTASIA (inability to visualize images in your mind) but her characters do think about her and can picture her image in their head, that's why, from their perspective, she is inside of a thought cloud thing lol
